OLD BOY, whose story belongs to TSUCHIYA Garon and drawings Minegishi Shinmei, is the mystery and seinen squad which is very famous in Japan. The biggest feature of OLD BOY, which has been filmed many times before, is that it is able to handle character psychology very well and transfer the detective spirit to the reader. Although the manga was published in 1996, it was perfect for the beginners to say "This man is a complete killer, this man is a definite three kaghat", reflecting perfectly the identity of the characters to which he belongs (I finished the day when I started manga). OLD BOY is a successful squad that gives the world a different perspective.
One day, Gotou falls asleep in the bar, and when he wakes up, he is sentenced by an unknown person or persons under house arrest, with no windows, only a bed and a TV, closed like a cellar. Though Gotou doesn't know when to be released, she needs to get back together with her family and cling to life in the dream of being able to continue her life. After a certain time Gotou realized that; television reflected the whole world around a certain idea. The television helped him learn the hours and days. Every day between 19:00 and 20:00, the food came from the Chinese restaurant and at the end of each month the barber shaved his hands with the condition of wearing handcuffs and eye patches. Having spent time watching television, Gotou had no idea when he was going to be released while watching a boxing match, but now he has the feeling that his own boxing match is coming, and he does everything he can to keep his body fit and not weak. One day the door opens and 4 people enter, but Gotou resists them, but they achieve their goals. When Gotou regains consciousness, he thinks that he will continue his boring prison life and when he opens his eyes he realizes that he is in the world he longs for.
For years, Gotou has been forced to live isolated from his family and people. He takes action to find the person or people who kidnapped him, to find out why he has been kidnapped, and more importantly to avenge the life of hell for 10 years.
